Is Glyde+ really not a subscription?
Correct. You pay once, through the App Store, and Glyde+ is unlocked for as long as you have the app installed and use that Apple ID. There's no renewal, no trial that converts to a charge, and no recurring billing of any kind.
What do I get without paying anything?
Dose logging, site rotation guidance, weight and hydration logging, and the side effect journal are all free, permanently — along with your most recent 30 days of history. No ads, no nag screens, no feature countdown.
I already own Glyde+ and got a new phone. Do I have to pay again?
No. Glyde+ is tied to your Apple ID, not your device. Reinstall the app and sign in with the same Apple ID you originally purchased with, and Glyde+ unlocks automatically.
Can I get a refund?
All purchases are processed by Apple, so refund requests go through Apple's standard App Store refund process rather than through us directly.
Will the price ever change?
We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchasers, the same as any App Store product. It won't change what you've already paid or take away anything you've already unlocked.
