By downloading, installing, or using Glyde, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What Glyde is
Glyde is a personal logging and tracking tool for people undergoing GLP-receptor-agonist therapy. It helps you record doses, weight, meals, side effects, and related notes, and estimate medication levels from published pharmacokinetic data.
What Glyde is not
Glyde is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the app — including medication level estimates, reminders, or reports — should be used as a substitute for professional medical judgment. Always consult a licensed physician regarding your treatment plan, dosing, and any side effects you experience.
Eligibility
Glyde is intended for adults managing their own GLP therapy. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use Glyde.
Accounts & your data
Glyde does not require an account. Data you enter is stored locally on your device, with an optional, user-controlled, encrypted iCloud backup available to Glyde+ purchasers. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on how your data is handled.
Purchases
Glyde+ is offered as a one-time, non-subscription in-app purchase, billed and processed entirely through Apple's App Store. Apple's own terms and payment policies govern the transaction itself, including refunds. We do not process payments or store payment information directly.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Glyde, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Use Glyde for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes on the rights of others.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to Glyde's systems, code, or distribution.
Intellectual property
The Glyde name, logo, app design, and in-app content are owned by Battle Born Trading LLC. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or proprietary content beyond your personal use of the app itself.
Disclaimer of warranties
Glyde is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Medication level estimates are approximations based on published half-life data and may not reflect your actual physiology.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Battle Born Trading LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Glyde, including any health or medical outcomes.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by Apple's own App Store terms for matters related to billing and distribution.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Glyde after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
